Today while browsing Wikipedia in a fit of boredom, I learned a new fact about the Lincoln Town Car.

Between the 1998 and 2005 model years, they were produced in China by FAW under license. FAW had to modify some of the lighting to conform to their standards (wait, they had standards fifteen years ago?) and they restyled the nose to 'follow their design style', which appears to be a direct copy of an early-90's Chrysler LeBaron.

On crownvic.net we had one guy who actually lived in china and still didn't have one of these. I've never seen anyone own one. But yeah we all know they're real

In fact now that I recall, that guy started posting some anti-government stuff then vanished one day. He's been gone for like 2 years if not more.

We had another chinese guy that was talking about amber turn signals on rear lights. To make a point of what kind of color he was talking about, he pissed in a beaker and let it sit for a few days then posted pics of it online.

I have a friend off that site who is Chinese-American, he drives a 01 CVPI and a 07 Mustang GT. I'm glad he doesn't piss in beakers to post on the internet lol.
